 Tournament in Florida
« Result #1 on Mar 10, 2008, 4:07am »

Are we still planning to attend the tournament Sifu was talking about in (Florida I think it was) in May?

If so, do we have any information on it or a link for the tournament information?

I'd like to go and watch, be there supporting anyone participating and taking pics...and enjoying Florida of course!

:P

ok...if anyone has info so I can put in vacation time request.

thanks!

:)

I take it back. I tired to send it, but it was too big and Greg siad it was too long to go on his My Space.

We put it on a DVD and Greg will bring it to class on Tuesday.

It took us awhile but we finally sent it to Sifu.

Greg is going to try to upload it to his My Space.

Dear Sifu Dale

This might sound like a weird question. Is chi alive?
Any information would be great. Thanks for your time.
Sincerely,
Charles

Zach and I just saw Alvin and the Chipmuncks and there were a few kung fu scenes. I'm not certain but I think they were digitally enhanced. I've never seen a chipmunck fight like that before so I don't think Alvin could really take either of them.

Seriously, fighting man to man is one thing but if Maximus really fought and killed a tiger(s), I'd have to vote for Maximus just for his ability to control his fear and focus on the fight.

The best Kung Fu movie of all time has got to be FEARLESS. Based on a true story...epic in all facets.

I've often thought who would win: William Wallace (Braveheart - true story) or Maximus (Gladiator - true story). My take is Maximus. He led many more men...fought and killed tons more.

Enter, Huo Yuanjia (Fearless). He didn't lead as much but did kick and conquer as much.

What is your take? Maximus or Huo Yuanjia?
